The location: Quiet neighborhood off Old Coors and Central. Two grocery stores within one mile radius, lots of taco trucks, and on three bus lines. 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to UNM, via free bus.
You: Looking for a respectful, social, kind, & tidy roommate who is responsible about rent. Perfect for a student, professional, or responsible adult.
When: Month to Month rental, now.
How much: first month’s rent + security deposit (equal to first months rent) = amount to move in.
