Bedroom B: $500 has twin bed, closet, wall mirrors, storage, & shared bathroom w/ shower. Shared use of the kitchen, living spaces, & laundry.

The house: 2,000 square-foot, 5 bedroom, built in 1955, with central heat and air. Smoke free home. Main living areas are partially furnished, two back yards, 7 person jacuzzi, and a rooftop deck with great views of downtown &; the mountains.

The location: Quiet neighborhood off Old Coors and Central. Two grocery stores within one mile radius, lots of taco trucks, and on three bus lines. 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to UNM, via free bus.

The roommate: chill female, 3 hens, & cat who peacefully coexist.
